We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, ingredients, availability, pricing and product offerings at any time.

Once your order has been handed over to the third-party courier, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and delivery processes.

Frosted Cravings is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at frostedcravings.za@gmail.com and provide photographs and your order details so that we can assess the matter.
