At Frosted Cravings, we take food safety and allergen awareness seriously. Our products are freshly prepared in our kitchen and may contain, or come into contact with, ingredients that can cause allergic reactions.

Important Allergen Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Milk and dairy
Wheat and gluten
Eggs
Peanuts
Tree nuts, including pistachios and other nuts
Soy
Sesame

Some of our products contain these ingredients as part of their recipe, while others may be produced in an environment where these allergens are present.

Cross-Contact

Although we take reasonable precautions when preparing and packaging our products, Frosted Cravings operates in a kitchen where multiple ingredients and allergens are handled.

We therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Cross-contact may occur during the preparation, baking, decorating, packaging or handling of our products.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary restriction, please contact us before placing your order.

We will do our best to provide accurate information about the ingredients used in our products and assist you in making an informed decision.

Severe Allergies

If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, we strongly recommend that you do not consume our products due to the possibility of cross-contact with allergens within our preparation environment.

Frosted Cravings cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or preparation environment.

Ingredients and recipes may occasionally change. Customers are encouraged to check the product information and contact us before ordering if they have any concerns about a specific ingredient or allergen.

Frosted Cravings will not knowingly provide misleading allergen information, but customers remain responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.
